VIVANT REWARDS By RCD Hotels is a dynamic incentive and rewards programme designed to reward, train and create loyalty with you, our travel agency partners. Our innovative incentive programme offers three ways to earn more for your bookings including complimentary stays, monetary incentives, and special event prizes!

How it works:

• Make sure you are signed up for at the Vivant by RCD´s fantastic loyalty program at Vivant Rewards loyalty programme.
• Register all your bookings in the Vivant Rewards incentive section.
• Once your passengers have travelled, request your preferred travel dates and hotel, redeem your nights and enjoy your stay with us.

Terms & Conditions

• Valid for bookings arriving from 01 June 2023
• Open to agents anywhere in Europe, 18 years or older, with a valid IATA/ABTA (must provide proof).
• All eligible bookings must be a minimum of 5 nights in any room category at Unico 20° 87°, Hard Rock All-Inclusive Hotels & Residence Inn, and a minimum of 3 nights in any room category at Nobu Hotel Los Cabos.
• Client travel must be completed before travel agent may redeem free nights.
• Client reservations can be reserved directly through any preferred European Tour Operator.
• Bookings can only be claimed towards Vivant Rewards once – i.e. if the booking is made by a tour operator through a travel agent, the booking will be awarded to the first claiming agent – it cannot be claimed by both parties.
• Bookings are eligible for submission up to 12 months after client travel date.
• A service charge will be applying, listed below:
  - HRH Vallarta & HRH Riviera Maya, $15.00 USD per person per night double occupancy / Single $25.00 USD per room per night.
  - HRH Cancun $20.00 USD per person per night, double occupancy / Single $25.00 USD, per room per night.
  - HRH Punta Cana, HRHR Los Cabos, UNICO 20°87° y AVA $25.00 USD per person per night, double occupancy / Single $30.00 USD per room per night.
• All requests must be made with a minimum of 30 days prior to agent’s preferred travel dates, but no more than 99 days in advance of stay.
• All redemptions are subject to availability*.
• Any additional nights will be charged at the current travel agent rate.
• Valid for Hard Rock Hotel Cancun, Hard Rock Hotel Riviera Maya, Hard Rock Hotel Vallarta, Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Punta Cana, Hard Rock Hotel Los Cabos, Unico 20º 87º Hotel Riviera Maya, Nobu Hotel Los Cabos, Residence Inn Merida, Residence Inn Cancun and Residence Inn Playa del Carmen.
• Agent must be employed at a retail travel agency or preferred tour operator at the time of travel. IATA/ABTA business card or ID must be presented upon check-in.
• Programme is valid for travel agent and one companion. Children (ages 4-17) and additional in-room guests may be allowed, costs are available on request.
• Vivant Rewards by RCD reserves the right to relocate any confirmed reservation to an alternative hotel within RCD Hotels
• This programme does not include flights or transfers.
• Group bookings (when a contract is in place) of 10 rooms or more will earn the rewards listed below**
• Vivant by RCD Hotels reserves the right to alter or withdraw this programme at any time.
• Not combinable with other promotions.
• A maximum of 14 nights can be redeemed for any reservation.
• By registering with us you agree to us using your details for the sole purpose of communicating with you about Vivant Rewards & My Booking Rewards (MBR) and any incentives or promotions registered with Vivant Rewards & MBR and our associated.
